Hailing from the great state of New Jersey, Steve moved to Colorado in 1988 in search of something fulfilling in the mountains. He found it with pursuits as a passionate skier, rock and ice climber, mountain biker, and motorcycle rider of many years. Once a product of the garment industry back east, he turned his sites on selling the finest in outdoor gear and apparel. Today he can usually be found analyzing a spreadsheet or building a solid forecast.

Bobbi is a passionate world renown rock climber for over 40 years. Once a professional climber and a member of the US Climbing Team. Today, Bobbi can be found still pushing the limits and climbing 5.13 at crags around the territory and beyond. Also a dedicated mom, wife and business owner, those who know Bobbi are continually inspired by her unique zest for life!

A product of Bobbi and Steve, Addi is the youngest member of the team. Having grown up playing in the dirt at the base of many a famous crag to skiing in Colorado, Mammoth and now the Wasatch backcountry. Addi can be found outside… exploring our national parks. Being brought up in and around a lot of great gear and plenty of retail background, Addi does it all. From sales and service for our fine retailers to throwing down a mean shoe demo at the Front Climbing Club.
